**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:
Join our Programs team As a member of the Programs Team, you will have the opportunity to be results orientated and utilise your ILS experience to deliver on project milestones supporting domestic and overseas customers. Your skills will be utilised in:

- ILS documentation and process;
- Codification and Technical Data;
- level of repair analysis or life-cycle costing (EOS uses OPUS10)
- Stakeholder Engagement;
- Being part of an Integrated Project Team to meet milestones and export product to domestic and overseas customers; and
- Work in a team environment that is results orientated.

**Your role will consist of**:

- Ensure that all the project’s Logistic requirements are identified, captured and allocated to appropriate resources.
- Draft project Logistics documentation (plans etc) as required. This could include;
- Integrated Support Plans
- Codification Data
- Technical Data Lists
- Recommended Provisioning Lists
- Other ILS documentation.
- Manage the delivery of all Logistic requirements for the allocated Project and engage with the customer to ensure Customer Acceptance.
- Ensure the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of logistics operations by employing life cycle cost modelling and logistics support analysis techniques
- Implement processes and procedures to support the acquisition and sustainment of equipment in accordance with Defence requirements
- Participate in ILS Planning workshops and work collaboratively with stakeholders
- Engage the Project Managers and the Project Management Group as required regarding deliverables.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Five or more years’ experience in Integrated Logistic Support is highly desirable.
- Effective communication, both written and verbal.
- Leadership. Ability to work in a matrixed organisation.
- Ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.
- Attention to detail.
- Stakeholder management.
