We are seeking a skilled and experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, which is home to approximately 100 employees.
- The Office Manager will be responsible for a variety of duties, including ordering groceries, ensuring the office is kept neat and tidy, liaising with the executive team, managing building maintenance issues, and working with building managers.
- Additionally, the Office Manager will provide administrative support to the P&C team, including booking flights, scheduling events, and using their PowerPoint and word processing skills. This position will also serve as the face of the business and will require the individual to be well-presented and possess exceptional communication skills.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Order groceries and supplies for the office
- Ensure the office is kept neat and tidy
- Liaise with the executive team as needed
- Manage building maintenance issues
- Work with building managers to ensure smooth operations
- Provide administrative support to the P&C team, including booking flights, scheduling events, and using PowerPoint and word processing skills
- Serve as the face of the business and maintain a professional appearance

**About you**:

- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Professional appearance and demeanor

Please note: This is a part-time position, and the hours are flexible within the range of 9-3 or 10-3. There is potential for this role to become permanent in the future.
