**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of Frankie & George cafe, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning at all times.
- Lead and inspire a team of dedicated baristas and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer satisfaction and increase sales, driving revenue growth.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety protocols in accordance with health regulations.
- Create and update menus, taking into consideration customer preferences and trends in the industry.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders to ensure availability of ingredients and supplies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local suppliers and vendors.
- Develop marketing initiatives to promote Frankie & George cafe, including social media campaigns and community events.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and manage budgets to achieve profitability goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Cafe Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, food preparation, and industry trends.
- Proficient in inventory management and cost control.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Creative mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional cafe experience.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to drive revenue growth.
- Flexibility to work during weekends and holidays.

We offer great hours, Monday to Friday 6am - 3:30pm with a half day on Fridays.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
