Position: Cafe Manager

Location: Brisbane CBD

Type: Full-Time

**Salary**: $70-75.000/annual + super

**Key Responsibilities**
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure every customer enjoys a welcoming

and satisfying experience.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and supervise a dynamic team of staff.
- Inventory Management: Oversee ordering, stocking, and maintaining fresh,

high-quality products.
- Sales Optimization: Implement strategies to boost sales and enhance

customer engagement.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure

profitability.
- Health &Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant

environment.
- Marketing &Promotion: Develop and execute local marketing initiatives and

special events.

Report to Director

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Proven minimum 3 years experience in retail or food service management.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Passion for gourmet foods and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Second Language is prefarable.
