Communify Qld is an established community organisation based in Bardon, Brisbane. We provide a range of services with a focus on reaching disadvantaged and vulnerable population groups in the Inner North/ Inner North Western suburbs. We offer an innovative, creative and flexible workplace setting.

**Skills & experience**
Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work or Human Services and technical knowledge and practical work experience in mental health and psychosocial disability, social work, community services, or related field
- Knowledge of NDIS Legislative Framework and Support Coordination Processes
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, with initiative and judgement and as part of a team
- At least 2 years’ experience in Community Services, in particular mental health is essential
- Demonstrated ability to assess, develop, implement and evaluate flexible and innovative responses to supporting individuals in a community context
