Are you ready to take your **l**eadership journey to the next level? Join us at **Tamborine Mountain** **State School** as an **OSHC Co-Coordinator** and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children
This **permanent fulltime** role offers **25 hours per week**, including 4 non-contact admin hours, and provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills. With ongoing training, mentorship, and dedicated support, we’ll ensure you’re equipped to thrive in a leadership role.
You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:
- ** 6:30-9:00am** (Rise then Shine)
- ** 2:30-6:15pm** (Stay and Play)

**About the Role - Lead Your Team to Success**
As an **OSHC Coordinator**, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before
- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:
- You’ll create and lead a **dynamic, child-centered program**, filled with exciting activities like **STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts**—all designed to inspire and engage.
- You’ll take full ownership of your team’s **roster**, manage **day-to-day operations**, ensure **compliance**, and handle **admin tasks**—all while fostering an environment of **teamwork** and **growth**.
- With **mentorship from regional managers** and support from a **dedicated office team**, you’ll have everything you need to **develop your leadership skills** and make a real impact.

**Qualifications**
Diploma or higher-level qualifications relevant to working with children in OSHC as per ACECQA (or working towards).
