Are you passionate about hospitality and ready to step into a leadership role? We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our vibrant team on a casual basis, with the opportunity for full-time employment for the right candidate.
About the Role:
As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high service standards, and supporting our team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You'll work closely with our management team across our restaurant, bar, cafe and event spaces.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise your allocated shift

Lead and motivate front-of-house staff during service

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Support training, and day-to-day decision-making

Maintain a strong presence on the floor, leading by example

Uphold cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards
About You:

Previous experience in a supervisory role (restaurant, bar, or events)

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service

RSA certification (essential)

Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and peak periods

A positive attitude and hands-on approach

Permanent working rights in Australia (required)

Own transport is essential – our location is not serviced by public transport
