**Purpose**

This position reports to the VM Production Manager and is responsible for coordinating and supporting the production and administration requirements for the Visual Merchandising team. Specifically, the role will be responsible for supporting with the quotation and production requirements for windows, instore imagery, graphics, internal signage, digital screen content and packaging requirements.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Print and window production, ensuring all graphic and promotional collateral is delivered on time
- Managing costs and budgets related to VM collateral
- Collate and brief all promotional signage requirements
- Support the supply, delivery, and installation if applicable of all propping to meet required deadlines.
- Coordinate the distribution of refurbishment of mannequins, liaising with suppliers and field VM teams on a continuous basis.
- Assist with sourcing of new ideas, technology, references and props for seasonal promotions
- Implement and adhere to WHS policies and procedures, safe work practices within the VM area.

**Key Capabilities**
- Prior experience having worked in a Visual Merchandising or print production role position having shaped creative direction and support or led store execution
- Strong fashion knowledge and attention to detail
- Experience in using Adobe suite, particularly InDesign and SketchUp experience
- Previous retail experience or knowledge would be beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong commercial knowledge and business acumen with the ability to balance trend/fashion inspiration with commercial return
