The Role

Join Witchery’s Merchandise team as the Merchandise Assistant, an integral role within the function working across women’s apparel.

Key Responsibilities
- Creation and management of purchase orders in adherence to the critical path
- Manage data integrity and ensure data is accurate and aligned to the right product category
- Liaise closely with external suppliers
- Assist and ensure merchandise buying range boards information is kept up to date and reflects range planner using Adobe Illustrator
- Run and issue weekly reports for the team
- Manage and prepare RRP review, VM handover, Style File documents
- Assist the Buying & Production Manager with general duties as requested
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Ideally experience having worked within the retail/fashion industry within a similar role
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
- Experience across Microsoft Office and Adobe suite (Illustrator)
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to liaise and collaborate with key stakeholders internally and externally
