Tuley is a family-owned and operated disability support organisation that provides a range of person-centred and trauma-informed services to people with disabilities and their families.

Tuley is seeking an **Experienced Female Disability Support Worker** to join our fantastic team in Morley. This position is for an immediate start and after-school support, weekends and school holidays.

You will assist a friendly austistic 11 year old female to develop greater independence and achieve meaningful connections within her local community.

If you are committed to helping people with disabilities live a good life then this is an awesome opportunity for you to join our team and work within a trauma informed and person-centred framework.

Whilst relevant qualifications are desirable, they are not essential as we hire people with the right values and attributes and provide training.

- Will assist with cooking, shopping, budgeting and other life skills
- Has good professional boundaries
- Is flexible and works well under pressure
- Is a team player
- Previous experience supporting autistic children and adolescents

**Requirements**:

- Ability and willingness to be flexible and work shifts
- Resilience, self-confidence and engaging
- Good English skills
- A good level of fitness
- Current Driver's License and road-worthy vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Police Check
- Experience supporting people with ASD and anxiety.
- Proof of Covid vaccinations
