**High-Intensity Support Worker - Gold Coast**:

Right at Home Gold Coast provides trusted in-home aged care and disability support services, helping people live safely and independently in their own homes. We're currently seeking passionate and experienced **High-Intensity Support Workers** to join our dedicated team on a **casual basis**.

**About the Role**:
As a High-Intensity Support Worker, you'll provide personalised, high-level care to clients with complex medical and behavioural needs. You’ll work across a variety of home environments, delivering essential support that enhances the wellbeing, dignity, and independence of each individual.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance
- Domestic support such as light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Social support and transport to appointments, shopping, and activities
- Assistance with mobility aids and equipment (hoists, wheelchairs, walking frames, etc.)
- Support for clients with complex physical or behavioural needs
- Monitoring client wellbeing and documenting/reporting progress
- Participating in regular staff meetings and mandatory training
- Availability for shift work including overnights and weekends

**What You’ll Need**:

- Current Australian Federal Police Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
- Full working rights in Australia
- Own reliable vehicle with full comprehensive insurance
- Smartphone with internet access

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in disability support, particularly with high-intensity or complex care
