Are you a compassionate and experienced Personal Care Worker looking for flexible, remote work supporting clients with high-intensity needs?

**Right at Home** is seeking **qualified Personal Care Workers** to join our dedicated team, delivering high-quality in-home care services to clients located across the Gold Coast. We’re looking for professionals who are passionate, resilient, and ready to make a difference in the lives of those who require a high level of care and support.

**The Role**:

- Deliver personalised care to clients with complex and high-intensity needs in their homes
- Maintain client dignity, comfort, and independence
- Communicate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Work remotely with flexibility while upholding service excellence
- Accurately document care provided using digital systems

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or similar (required)
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in high-intensity or complex care environments
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Valid Paid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Police Check
- Reliable transport and open driver’s licence
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A high level of professionalism, empathy, and resilience
