**Qualifications & experience**

Previous experience working in gelaterias, cafes, restaurants, bars, bakeries, or similar
Prior experience leading or supervising teams a must

**Tasks & responsibilities**

Excellent Customer Service
Ensuring a world class level of standards, cleanliness, and hygiene at all times
Precise cash management
Maximising sales and efficiencies
Supervising and motivating others
Production of premium gelato (in house training provided)
Opening and closing duties
Stock control and ordering
Rostering
Maintenance

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
