**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
Seeking an experienced nanny/home manager who can take the lead with care of the children and support this family with their household. The toddler is the primary responsibility most days, however the ideal nanny will be happy and confident caring for both children when required.

The family would like the Nanager to prepare simple, nutritious dinners for them to eat as a family. They would also like help keeping the children's rooms and common areas tidy. Extended family members have close relationships with the children and typically help out with some activities and after school care. This will allow for a few child-free hours most weeks where the Nanager can focus on home organisation projects and errands.

The right person for this role will be tidy and warm, with experience supporting busy families. The parents are seeking someone who has good boundaries for the children's behaviour but who is loving and fair.

**ABOUT THE FAMILY**
Both parents work full-time and have relied on the support of their long-term nanny and extended family to be able to focus on their demanding jobs during work hours and enjoy family time when they're with their children.

The 6yo boy is extroverted and chatty. The 20mo girl is sweet and loves to play at home and at nearby playgrounds. The parents are happy for the nanny to take the children out to activities.
