**Our Family**:

- We are a relaxed family and household. Our parenting style is gentle and centred on conversations, having fun and being kind. We have some rules about things, linked to safety and supporting emotional regulation of the kids (eg screen time) but other than that we encourage the kids to play and be themselves, avoiding rigid structure and ways of doing things. When/Time: Monday & Thursday 8am-6pm / Occasional Wednesdays when Grandma can't do it Must Haves: A kind soul, Effective Communicator with Emotional Maturity. At least 2 years experience working with similar age and multiple children. Must be a permanent resident, have a valid WWCC and First Aid/ CPR. Start date: January 6th. Long Term Commitment Remuneration : $38 - $43 per hour

**Your Duties**:

- Play, have fun and engage with the children. General Clean: Clothes wash & dry. Tidy the kitchen, bedrooms and play areas and make lunch boxes and prepare kids dinner.

**Our Perfect Caregiver**:

- We are looking for someone who shares our values and approaches looking after children in a way that is aligned with our parenting style. We love the kids spending time outside and finding creative and physical outlets for their energy. Our children, like most at their age, are very curious about things so we are also looking for someone who encourages that curiosity. It is a busy time with 3 children, so we are looking for someone who is high energy and able to confidently juggle the three of them, responding to their individual needs and personalities. It is important to us that our nanny cares a lot for our children and similar souls recognises the boundary of the relationship, comfortable to navigate conversations with me and my husband when the kids have had a hard day etc so that we can work through how to best support them collectively.
