Penrith based Matt's Skip Bins requires an office admin & sales professional.

Position is for Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday each week from 7am till 4.30pm with flexibility required to work in with the other office girl to cover each other where required. The role is offered for the first time in 3.5 years.

Duties include:

- Arranging driver's paperwork
- Answering phones - providing quotes and converting leads to sales
- Providing phone support for our drivers
- Data entry - eg invoices, online orders, keeping spreadsheets up to date
- Work together with fellow staff and managers
- Greeting customers that come into the office

**Requirements**:

- Must have excellent phone manner and thick skin to deal with tradie customers
- Must have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritise tasks
- Must have excellent attention to detail and be a stickler for the small details

This is a pivotal role in the business and requires someone who is extremely reliable and committed to the role. Whereas we promote staff to have time off, this is not a compatible role for someone who calls in at short notice with unavailability, as the office must be open at 7am sharp. In return you will be paid fairly and treated well. Very friendly team environment.
