I am looking for a passionate Bar Manager or Supervisor to grow and develop their career in Management to lead a busy bar and passionate team and grow in one of Canberra's most exciting venues.

Our client currently hosts a variety of amazing events at such as cocktail parties, corporate events and weddings. In an incredible location they are busy and thriving all year round.

You will be responsible for all bar operations and have a passion for quality products and the overall operations - Including the restaurant and events spaces.

**The Role**
- Take ownership, build and lead the bar team over a busy Summer period. Recruit, Train & Develop
- Deliver exceptional client and guest experiences across a diverse range of events. Focusing on consistency and quality
- Manage the bar operations including rostering, stock control, ordering, planning and cocktail lists.
- Work closely with the venue, events, culinary and logistic teams across the wider venues day to day operations.
- Build strong relationships with the main stakeholders.

**About You**
- Junior or Senior level experience from local higher end, service focused venues.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse service team and venue stakeholders
- Motivated by delivering an exceptional client and guest experience including a keen eye for detail
- Organised with good time management and administrative skills
- Have a can-do approach and be passionate about the industry
- Valid RSA
