We are seeking a Sustainability Analyst to join the Group Sustainability team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to develop your career and explore the dynamic and evolving space of sustainability.

As Sustainability Analyst you will focus on assisting and taking responsibility across our sustainability strategic aspects through research, data management, analysis and reporting in line with Lendlease’s global mission and vision to be the leading provider of sustainable built environments.

Further you will support the sustainability functional aspects related to Lendlease Group’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting. This will involve undertaking research on various topical issues and assisting with the preparation of associated report and presentation material. Being a part of the Group Sustainability Team, the role will regularly interact with other sustainability leaders across our four regions.

The role will report directly to the Head of Sustainability Transformation - Environment but have regular interaction and provide support across the leadership of the Group Sustainability Team, gaining exposure to all facets of our global sustainability strategy. You will also interact regularly with key internal stakeholders in Investor Relations, Treasury and Corporate Affairs.

**About you**:

- Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, Property, Business or relevant equivalent
- 1- 2 years post-grad experience in sustainability and/or ESG or a related field
- Exposure to the property industry is highly regarded
- Fast-paced environments are something you thrive in
- Take ownership for business outcomes and opportunities
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
- Strong desire to learn the full range of sustainability
