The Western Force is a professional rugby union team based in Western Australia competing in the elite Super Rugby Pacific and Super W competitions.

As an organisation, the Force has a proud history, having been formed in 2004 and making its Super Rugby debut in 2006 at its original home, Subiaco Oval. Backed by Tattarang, the club operates at the highest level of sporting professionalism in Western Australia and has a strong presence nationally and internationally.

**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Partnership Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of Western Force commercial partners, ensuring effective rights delivery and excellent client servicing whilst supporting the Business Development Manager identify and leverage new business opportunities.

As part of the commercial services team, the Partnership Account Manager will play a key role in delivering against the organisations strategic plan and fulfilling the commercial programme.

**Qualifications**:
You’re educated to tertiary level - preferably in a related discipline.

You can demonstrate a strong business sense and industry expertise.

You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills including written and verbal presentations.

You possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition.

You can multitask, organise, and prioritise workloads.

You have over 5 years’ experience working in a similar role which includes account management and business administration.

You’re well-connected, specifically in WA market.

You ideally have experience working within a professional sporting environment along with a professional competitive spirit.

You have a proven track record of delivering against objectives and exceeding performance targets.

You’re comfortable working to stretch targets and tight deadlines.

You have a positive attitude and can be an effective team player.

You have a high-level proficiency with MS office programs.

You can be flexible in working hours and days (including weekends).

You have strong attention to detail and thorough in all tasks.
