Senior Advisory Accountant - $90,000-$110,000 + Super
This newly created position is ideal for an accounting professional who has developed a strong foundation in tax or business services and is ready to take the next step in their career. The firm has heavily invested in technology, systems, and process automation, allowing the team to focus more on analytical and advisory work. You'll join a well-established team and work directly with the Managing Partnership team.
The firm takes a structured approach to onboarding and training, which supports understanding how the business, teams, systems and clients operate. This approach has contributed to high staff retention and has helped increase headcount by 20% in the last 18 months.
