As a M&A Execution Associate within Holocentric, you will lead basic modeling, attrition analysis and research/data to support diligence and/or development of an IM, while supporting origination efforts.

Development of models with unstructured data with fast (1 day) turnaround - Develop complex 4 scenario models that include multiple products, entities or geographies - Engage with sellers during discovery (independently or with business sponsor) to develop deep understanding of a business and what the value drivers of a transaction may be. - Manage a L1 opportunity from qualification to LOI signing. - Ownership of the pre-LOI IM - Be an active participant in diligence, taking responsibility for sections of the DD checklist. - Deep understanding of the balance sheet and development of NTA target The key areas of focus will be - Exposure to Operating playbooks. How do we create value post acquisition? - Deeper understanding of qualification, typical Volaris deals, and structuring - M&A Marketing and Campaign planning

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
