Our Accounts Payable function is currently vacant and we require a dynamic and autonomous person to take on this role and make process improvements as part of the journey. The duties and responsibilities of the role are:

- Accurate & timely processing of vendor invoices into the ERP system
- Reconciliation of invoices to vendor statements
- Weekly & Ad hoc payment runs of vendor invoices
- Processing credit card statements to GL Accounts
- Ensuring vendor invoices correctly match issued purchase orders
- Supplier Liaison
- Ad hoc purchasing
- Minimum 3 Yrs Experience in Accounts Payable
- A keen eye for detail
- A positive can do attitude to getting things done efficiently
- High-Quality English communication skills
- A desire to make process improvements as required
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong PC/Windows/MS Office Skills
- Ideally living on the North Side of Sydney

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

**Experience**:

- Accounts payable: 3 years (required)
