**Role Location**: Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.
**Role Type**: 12 month Max Term, Fulltime
What will your day look like?
Contribute (change to ‘lead the’) to strategic direction and ongoing optimisation of digital marketing program
Driving best practice innovation through strategic use of digital and social marketing channels, data, technology and analytics, and driving demonstrable business outcomes
Delivery and implementation of effective digital marketing to contribute to customer and financial objectives.
Identify opportunities to test and learn to drive marketing effectiveness of existing and new digital marketing programs
Work closely with the Media Agency to evolve the always on digital marketing program & ensure activity is delivering outcomes for the business.
Utilise Marketing & Analytic platforms to share regular reporting & insights to the business.
Manage digital media budgets and ensure ROI
Define and develop ongoing new strategic initiatives for the Digital Marketing program.
Lead a team to execute key digital marketing performance activity.
Maximise ROI of digital marketing programs and focus on continual improvement.
Lead the sharing of insights and experience to relevant workgroups and stakeholders on best practise digital marketing programs
Work collaboratively with B&W teams and with the wider IPP Brand and Marketing team wider Suncorp Bank stakeholders such as Product, Digital, Risk & Legal teams.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Tertiary Degree in Business or Marketing
work experience in a Digital Marketing environment
Expert in managing and implementing digital performance media programs (SEM, Display, Affiliates, Social)
Experience with optimising & utilising Google platforms such Analytics 360, SA & Data studio or equivalent and Adobe Analytics. Experience with utilising Adobe Analytic & the Google Marketing Platform (GA4, SA360, DV360, CM)
Agency / Consultancy based experience is advantageous and sound knowledge of the workings of media & creative agencies.
Proven ability to manage a team and set clear direction and goals, and initiate and manage change.
Knowledge of Marketing automation technology
Excellent strategic planning skills to drive business benefit and maximise opportunities
Ability to predict future trends and developments in digital marketing
Expertise in defining digital analytics, managing attribution and data driven marketing strategies
Ability communicating complex and detailed information simply and effectively
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills and embraces ‘Test and learn’ ethos
Expertise in managing budgets & financials
Highly effective communication and consulting skills
Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills
