We’re looking for someone who loves being “the ultimate organiser” to ensure our digital marketing clients are looked after and achieving incredible results.

The Role

This position is ideal for a person who loves working with people (teammates and clients) to get the best possible results and is interested in SEM, SEO, email marketing, and social media.

The role will ultimately suit someone who takes pride in being super efficient, and super organised. Working within our digital team, this role is primarily as a client facing team member, responsible for the onboarding, management and growth of our digital marketing clients.

You’ll be working with an experienced and welcoming team who work together to share knowledge, learn from each other, and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

A Day In The Life

Your typical week would include:

- Working with our clients to learn about their business and help them generate more leads via SEM, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
- Onboarding new clients and helping our internal team of digital marketing experts organise everything they need to deliver amazing results
- Coordinating digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with our internal team to drive client success
- Delivering monthly progress reports and identifying new digital strategies to unlock new opportunities for clients
- Regularly celebrating client wins and pinpointing areas for growth in detailed discussions
- Creating compelling written and visual content to support and enhance digital marketing initiatives
- Delivering exceptional care and value, ensuring clients feel fully supported
- Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends
