**Procurement Officer**
- Due to ongoing success, UGL has an exciting opportunity for a
**Procurement Officer **to work on a large lithium construction project in WA. This is a 3/1 roster and accommodation will be provided.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be a key member of the team and your role is to investigate and source materials, place orders in accordance with approved programs and prepare project specific reports.

**About the role**
- Development and maintenance of supplier contracts
- Expediting materials to ensure schedule is maintained
- Provide feedback to site teams on status of goods and services being procured for the contract
- Assist with contract management and performance measurement of suppliers
- Liaise with site and operational staff in relation to purchasing requests and keep them informed on technical details, price and availability

- Demonstrated experience in a similar Procurement role within the construction / resources industry
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong organisational, multi-tasking and prioritising skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
