**Your Impact**

Partnerships are a key channel for Asahi’s growth and the Partnership & Events Lead will play an important role in expanding and scaling capability in the function. As a member of the Growth and Strategy team, the role is responsible for exceptional execution of the National sponsorship and events strategy in VIC/TAS.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- **Strategy **- provide input into the development of the State Sponsorship strategy ensuring alignment with Brand & Portfolio, State Sales, and industry best practice particularly in ticketing and hospitality.
- **Planning - **work with Brands, Sales, Verticals, Customer Marketing to lead development of annual sponsorship leverage plans and drive alignment between sponsorship portfolios.
- **Execution - **support sponsorship agreements across the state and assist sales teams in execution, building resource plans, designing events and innovation of brand messaging.
- **Evaluation - **lead measurement and evaluation of effectiveness of all State sponsorship plans and activities against sponsorship objectives, feedback objectives and review processes to key stakeholders.
- **Relationships - **lead the relationship between CUB and partners / agencies / suppliers in the state while collaborating with national Partnership teams.

**About You**
- Sales and/or Marketing experience
- Tertiary qualified with demonstrated sponsorship and/or events experience
- Exceptional communicator with strong influencing and negotiating skills
- Creative mindset, a hunger for innovation, and passion for looking for ways to solve brand problems
- Consistency in taking responsibility across environment, health & safety requirements for all employees and a healthy workplace
