**Company description**:
e-Pocket is a Melbourne based Fintech company that created a peer to peer mobile and web payment platform for individuals and businesses, designed to revolutionise the way people pay, buy and sell goods and services with both conventional currencies and cryptocurrencies.
**About the role**:
Working at e-Pocket, you’ll deliver effective and clear communication to clients and other internal stakeholders. You’ll be the first point of contact and answer all general enquiries and provide an array of troubleshooting support.
More specifically the role entails:
- Supporting the Operations team by completing a range of administrative tasks, records management, and data entry.
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Liaise with the Marketing team by providing data and statistics on past and present campaigns.
**You’ll need**:
A switched-on mind and a can-do attitude. You have previously delivered strong results and you’re a self-starter that loves working with a dynamic and driven team. You are proactive, highly organised, a fans first champion and a pro at managing diverse stakeholders accounts.
You will also need experience in:
- Unmatched attention to detail and ability to pick up the pace on learned tasks.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- A proven ability to interact and engage with others in a respectful manner that leads to successful outcomes.
