Working with the Program Director for Non-Financial Risk to map change delivery at a portfolio level, identifying change capacity risks, and looking at ways to deliver sustainable change practices to high impact groups.
- Collaborating and taking part in our change management network, sharing success, inspiration, and learnings to build on the change capability within the Group.

**What skills will you use?**

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in supporting businesses to deliver exceptional people outcomes. No two days will be the same in this role, you will thrive on exposure to a number of projects within the portfolio, with the opportunity to own specific pieces of work from day one.

You will have a proven track record of exceptional influencing and the ability to present ideas and insights through storytelling. This combined with a delivery background, you will be adept at identifying and translating people impacts into meaningful change management interventions.

You are highly collaborative and a natural problem solver. You are proactive, organised and people-oriented, experienced in dealing with a range of stakeholders with an ability to engage staff around a clear vision amidst a wide range of initiatives underway.

**What will make you successful in this role?**
