You'll be hands-on in day-to-day operations, driving KPIs, and helping create a vibrant, high-performing team culture.This is your launchpad to a career in retail leadership — combining structured learning, real-time coaching, and opportunities to step into leadership when the Store Manager is away.What You'll Be DoingSupporting the Store Manager with team leadership, coaching, and performanceDelivering exceptional customer experiences through storytelling and product expertiseAchieving personal sales targets while guiding the team to meet store goalsChampioning our brand through impeccable visual merchandising and store presentationContributing to stock control, cash handling, rostering, compliance and store auditsCreating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring workplace for your team and customersLeading by example in customer service, professionalism, and personal presentationWhat We're Looking ForYou're passionate about people, performance, and jewellery.
You lead from the front, thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and know how to inspire a team.1–3 years of retail, sales or customer service experienceExperience in a team leadership, supervisory or mentoring capacityA love of coaching others to succeedA flair for storytelling and building genuine customer connectionsAbility to work within a 7-day roster including weekends and late tradeA strong sense of accountability, professionalism, and personal prideWhat's In It For You?
