**We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Store Supervisor with a passion for providing amazing customer service, and takes a strong initiative towards team building, training and learning.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Working alongside our Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to inspire our dedicated team to develop a client-centric mindset, build a collaborative and positive team culture.
- Communicate our brand vision, drive store results, and develop a strong customer base in one of our largest Coach stores.
- Support the sales team and store performance by implementing sales strategies, bring new ideas/ solutions to the team. Increase employee morale and motivation.
- Overseeing the daily operations of the outlet store, including product availability and pricing.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a leadership / supervisor role overseeing a team of 10+ staff members within luxury retail.
- An ability to demonstrate a can-do attitude and react positively to changing work demands.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Sunday to Thursday roster
