**About the role**
An exciting opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our Health Information Services Team. This dynamic role is responsible for a broad range of administrative functions, including ensuring that Fee for Service claims by Visiting Medical Officers (VMO), and payment claims from Pathology, Radiology and other diagnostic providers are accurate, and comply with the Commonwealth Medical Benefit Schedule (CMBS) and contractual arrangements.
The role will also be responsible for other administrative functions including preparing data reports, maintaining medical records, documents and forms.

**About you**
- Ability to investigate and ensure information is accurate - Proven effective communication skills both verbal and written - Well-developed time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks - Ability to problem solve and be self-motivated - Developed computer skills and sound administrative skills - Accurate data management - Ability to work autonomously and as a member of a dynamic team - Ability to assist and support the implementation of quality change initiatives - Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
