PRD Real Estate is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration and Office Operations lead to support our growing team and help keep day-to-day operations running seamlessly.

The Role:

As an integral part of the administration team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing frontline support via phone, email, and in-person enquiries
  • Assisting with general duties including data entry, document management, and filing
  • Supporting the sales and property management departments with admin tasks
  • Ensuring supplies are stocked and the workspace is tidy and professional
  • Upholding our company values and presenting a warm, helpful face to clients and team members

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is confident with computers and has strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Is organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Has a proactive mindset and enjoys being part of a team
  • Has previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role (real estate experience is a bonus, but not essential)
