Lead Generation Specialist

**What’s involved**:
This role is responsible for supporting the sales of our high valued Shelter Solutions to our largest Mining, Industrial and Construction Clients. You will be searching for potential Leads through various channels, including relevant industry databases, cold calling, networking events, online research and referrals, working alongside our Project Sales and Shelter Specialists. The position is located in Lawson NSW.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Generate a consistent flow of new leads for the Project Sales and Inside Sales team by identifying and qualifying prospects in our relevant industries who may be interested in our product.
- **Qualification**:Assess the suitability of leads based on predefined criteria to determine if they fit our company's target market and are genuinely interested in our product offerings.
- **Initial Contact**:Make initial contact with leads to introduce our company and products and gather relevant information about their needs and requirements. You will be the first contact with the prospect for every project so it’s critical that Allshelter is represented at the highest level.
- **Handover to Sales**: Once a lead meets specific criteria indicating potential interest in needing weather protection suitable for fabric structures, hand over the lead to the Internal Sales team or Project Sales team.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, interactions, and relevant information in the company's CRM (HubSpot) system.
- **Performance Reporting**: Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation efforts, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and feedback received.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the market to identify new opportunities and adjust lead generation strategies accordingly.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with key team members (Marketing, KAM, Sales) to align lead generation efforts with marketing campaigns and strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and brand positioning.

**Experience required for the Role**:

- This role is a full-time position.
- Proven experience with outbound cold calling
- Proven experience in Mining and Construction Industries highly regarded
