Who Are We?

Community Home Care Service is a small Home Care Package and NDIS provider made up of a team of dedicated and skilled professionals who take pride in their work. We are located in the heart of Western Sydney with home care clients all over Sydney.

The Opportunity

A new opportunity exists for Support Workers to join our _friendly Community Home Care Services_ team on a casual part time basis to provide services in the **Bankstown Chester Hill - Auburn region**. Reporting directly to the team leader for the area, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care to our clients in assisting them to maintain their independence in their own homes. Dependent on your level of experience and qualification, key responsibilities with assisting our clients may include; undertaking of domestic work, transportation, shopping, personal care, medication management, mobility support and preparation and cooking of meals.

**Requirements**:

- Australian driver’s license
- Comprehensive insurance and car registration
- First aid certificate (desirable)
- Certificate III in Aged Care and Disability or equivalent (required)
- Second language
- Current National police checks
- Current Working with children checks

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.50 - $30.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chester Hill, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (required)

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)
- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (required)

Willingness to travel:
