Westmeadows, Australia Sunflower Community Supports Full time

We are seeking a **compassionate, experienced female support worker** to join a dedicated care team supporting a young child with **complex needs**, including **Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)** and **behaviours of concern**.

**About the Role**:

- **Location**: Westmeadows 3049
- **Hours**: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- **Days**: Mondays
- **Start Date**: Immediate Start

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous experience working with children with ASD and complex behavioral needs
- Demonstrated understanding of positive behavior support strategies
- Empathetic, patient, and proactive approach
- Reliable and consistent availability
- Valid Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19

**Desirable**:

- Relevant qualifications in Disability, Community Services, Education Support, or related field
- Driver’s licence and own transport
