Special School Bus Supervisor

CDC Victoria is currently seeking flexible and customer-focused Special School Bus Supervisors to join our Westmeadows team.

In this rewarding role, you will support the safe transport of students attending Special Schools, ensuring their journey is conducted in a friendly, supportive, and professional manner. You'll be part of a team that makes a real difference to families and communities every day.

• Supervise and assist students during school bus runs.
• Provide care and support to children with special needs.
• Ensure passenger safety and comfort at all times.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, parents, carers, and school staff.
• Assist with boarding and disembarking as required.

We are looking for people who are:

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Flexible and able to adapt to the needs of students.
• A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• A current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• A professional appearance and approach
• Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings and afternoons
• Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Committed to safety and customer care.
• Experience working with children or in a supervisory role is desirable.
