**FOOD SERVICE ASSISTANT**

As a Dietary Care Assistant (FSA) you will assist in preparation and serving of meals to our residents at mecwacare Vincent House, a 30-bed facility. Your strong team focus aligned with ability to prioritise tasks in the kitchen will make you successful in this fast-paced role.

**What you bring**:

- Certificate in Food Handling (HLTFS207C)
- Minimum 2 year's experience in a similar role within an aged care setting
- Proven experience in preparing and presenting food for large groups
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
- Solid understanding of safe work practices and hygiene standards
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Competence in completing documentation in line with Food Safety Plan requirements
- Ability to identify issues and escalate appropriately to supervisors
- Proactive and dedicated approach to the role
