**The Role**
We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and detail focused **Government Liaison Adviser** to act as the highly dependable interface across all parts of our diverse portfolio. This includes our responsible Minister’s office and line departments, as well as other Ministers’ offices, departments and agencies. The role will see you collaborating closely with teams regarding the development of materials including briefs, briefing notes, correspondence requests and other government requirements to support our projects. Previous exposure to government policies, procedures, priorities and processes will ensure your success in this position.
This is an integral role which will offer a high level of support to our CEO, Executive and Corporate Affairs team.
**About You**
- Demonstrated understanding of Victorian government policies, operations and communications requirements
- Ability to build and manage positive relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including within government, and work with a wide range of people to achieve desired outcomes
- Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks, touch points, stakeholders and deadlines, ensuring all tasks are sufficiently completed on time
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Communications with previous experience in the same or similar role
