We are working with a growing Digital Governemnt Org, seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Manager to join a dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in protecting critical assets and operations within the public sector. As the Security Operations Manager, you will lead a team of security professionals and coordinate all aspects of security operations, including threat assessment and incident response.

The position requires high-level specialist skills in security operations, with the demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at a wide range of levels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of cyber security specialists in ensuring protection, detection, response and recovery from cyber security events.
- Supporting systems and performing monitoring and analysis to threats.
- Ensuring monitoring of networks and endpoints for security events/alerts for active threats, intrusions, and/or compromises is performed effectively.
- Reviewing, documenting, training, and improving processes to contribute to the overall security of the environment
- Work alongside other senior members to ensure security and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at a wide range of levels.

**Required Skills**:

- ️ Baseline Clearance OR NV1
- ️ SOC Management, Vulnerability Management & Incident Response
- ️ Monitoring SIEM, Sentinel & ServiceNow.
- ️ Strong Leadership and Technical Stakeholder Management
- ️ Desirable: SANS, GIAC, CISM, CISSP etc.
