**The opportunity**

We are on the lookout for a management superstar, to support and motivate the team at **Runaway Bay** to deliver exceptional results whilst ensuring an amazing in-store experience for our customers

If you are a retail, hospitality or customer service manager, we want to hear from you, all we ask is that you are passionate about your teams and customers with a desire for a career in retail

**What you’ll do**
- Build and motivate a high-performing team
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience is delivered to all
- Manage the day-to-day running of the store
- Assist with the achievement of sales, wages, and shrinkage budgets

**Requirements**:

- Strong training and coaching abilities/experience
- Previous experience in leading a team to success
- Excellent communication and well-developed interpersonal skills
- A desire to challenge yourself to achieve company objectives
- Excellent time management
- Previous retail experience would be advantageous
