The roleAs a Shiels Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager you will surprise and delight our customers by providing a superior customer service experience and provide strong leadership to your team.
This position will be offered on a permanent full-time basis.
Key responsibilities- Provide Leadership in all aspects of the business
- Complete administrative duties as required
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Retail Store Manager role / Assistant Manager Role
- Jewellery experience is not a requirement
- Delivery of a superb customer experience
- Positive working environment; supportive culture
