Store Manager role at The Good Guys.
We're looking for an exceptional leader to join our store as Store Manager. You should have at least 2 years' experience of leading multi-site or big box stores, a deep understanding of store operations, and a proven track record of delivering profitable sales growth.
Our team is supported by strong leadership, planning forums, business intelligence and management frameworks, and an extensive nationwide support network.
Responsibilities- Lead store operations and drive profitable sales growth with a focus on delivering a best-in-class in-store experience consistent with The Good Guys brand.
- Monitor and manage performance across sales, profitability, inventory, and labour.
- Plan and set achievable goals to keep the team focused and aligned, maintaining composure under pressure.
- Coach and develop team members through regular feedback to grow capability and performance.
- Collaborate with leadership and leverage available resources and programs to support store success.
- Customer Focus – Does everything through the eyes of the customer.
- Drives Results – Consistently achieves results, even under tough circumstances.
- Develops Talent – Identifies and develops talent to build careers and meet organizational goals.
- Builds Effective Teams – Builds teams with a strong sense of purpose and diverse skills to achieve goals.
- Decision Quality – Makes sound decisions that keep the organisation moving forward.
