Overview

Store Manager role at The Good Guys.

We're looking for an exceptional leader to join our store as Store Manager. You should have at least 2 years' experience of leading multi-site or big box stores, a deep understanding of store operations, and a proven track record of delivering profitable sales growth.

Our team is supported by strong leadership, planning forums, business intelligence and management frameworks, and an extensive nationwide support network.

Responsibilities
  • Lead store operations and drive profitable sales growth with a focus on delivering a best-in-class in-store experience consistent with The Good Guys brand.
  • Monitor and manage performance across sales, profitability, inventory, and labour.
  • Plan and set achievable goals to keep the team focused and aligned, maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Coach and develop team members through regular feedback to grow capability and performance.
  • Collaborate with leadership and leverage available resources and programs to support store success.
