**About the role**:
Uphold the company’s strong reputation for customer service by meeting all customer needs and exceeding expectations
Proactively seek solutions to problems, notifying Management when concerns arise
Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
Ensuring all tasks and customer follow ups are completed in a timely manner
Continually striving to meet the company’s customer satisfaction standards
Rotating roster with 1-2 Saturday's per month
Build and maintain customer relationships
Drive and lead with training of all Staff
Leading the team to meet and exceed KPIs
Consultative; work with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions
Engage with customers and provide expert advice
Create a safe working environment for your team and customers
Implement visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes
Manage your team to best meet Store requirements

**What we are looking for**

Experience in developing and coaching a team
Proven experience in a similar role (customer service/automotive/Management)
Strong customer service experience and ability
Previous experience in an Automotive Parts Accessories store **(Auto Pro, Autobarn, Repco, Bursons, Supercheap Auto, AutoOne etc**) is preferred but not necessary for the right applicant
Intermediate computer & typing skills
Excellent time management of a team and themselves
Leadership Qualities and a driven nature

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
