Ventia have an opportunity for an experienced Finance Administration professional to join our friendly inclusive team in West End, Brisbane. You will have a well developed finance administrative background with exposure to accounts payable and a desire to grow your skills in this area. To be successful in this role you will have solid experience with the SAP system.

Joining the Ventia team you will become part of our Finance Academy initiative. This program brings together all Finance professionals across the business to partake in opportunities for continuous learning and training, mentoring programs, networking and social events aimed at promoting career development and recognition.

- Full time permanent opportunity - Monday to Friday business hours - West End, Brisbane based.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively manage daily allocated workload in a timely and accurate manner.
- Actively drive reduction in Open PO’s, GRIR and eVIMs.
- Reconciliation of invoices and vendor statements.
- Understand end to end processes and Financial Accountabilities.
- Act as a daily point of contact around Procure to Pay, Open PO’s/ Invoices/ GR IR discrepancies.
- Support the broader Finance team.

**Your skills**:

- Demonstrated experience within a similar role.
- Intermediate Excel.
- Proven knowledge in Purchasing and Accounts Payable.
- Detailed knowledge and experience in SAP essential.
- Knowledge of Ariba would be an advantage but not essential.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Impeccable communication skills (spoken and written).
