Our client is looking for a Facilities Administrator to join the team ASAP on a 3-month temporary full-time placement with the potential to go permanent. This role is to assist with the day-to-day running of the buildings and the motor vehicle fleets

Scope of Responsibilities:

- Monitor maintenance of properties and liaise with contractors
- Assist with the facilities and vehicle maintenance - including servicing and usage
- Assist with meetings when required
- Manage issues reported to Facilities
- Setting up of meeting rooms as required
- Assist with receiving stock and inventories of the stock and orders
- Support the print room services as required and mailouts

About you:

- Experience in a similar role in Facilities
- Ability to problem-solve issues within the building and office equipment
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks and be able to prioritise
- Strong written and communication skills
- Intermediate level - Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Perform as Facilities Coordinator during certain periods of leave as required
- Current Class C driver's license
