**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual to join our Cotton On team as a Visual Merchandising Specialist on a 12 month maternity leave contract. This is a unique role in our VM team as it focuses on providing support and development to the global VM teams to ensure ongoing consistent execution of the VM directives.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Support Centre VM or Space Planner role
- A natural passion for providing training and developing people, ideally with previous experience to support this
- Proven problem solve abilities to assess options, identify and implement creative, innovative and flexible solutions with the Visual Merchandise remit
- Proficiency with In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office
- Strong organisation, planning and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders
