**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We have an exciting opportunity for a creative and innovative individual to join our CO Brands team as a Store Experience Coordinator. Reporting to the Store Experience Specialist will work collaboratively with your team to help execute creative store experiences that deliver on our brand vision, engage our customers and increase foot traffic. You will be responsible for delivering creative plans around quarterly themes and campaigns, brand strategy and new stores that take the customer experience to the next level. If you have a passion for creativity and are looking for a role where you can turn your ideas into impactful moments, then this could be the perfect role for you.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Experience in a Visual Merchandising / Lifestyle role
- Ability to problem solve within a VM and retail capacity
- Confidence in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Microsoft Office
- A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, planning and organisational skills
- Creative decision making skills that will impact the success of our customer reach
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability in managing day-to-day administrative duties
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently communicate with all departments and management levels
