**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and results driven individual to join our CO Brands team as a Brand Trade Manager for our USA market. You will enable our vision by developing and bringing to life trade plans and promotional activities that assist our brand to achieve sales budgets and align with gross profit expectations across all channels. You will be responsible for inspecting analytics insights to inform merchandising decisions that best serve our customers and brand. You will work closely with our Visual Merchandising and Digital partners, to ensure that the execution and planning of promotional activities, price changes and trade updates are conducted accurately and that it is delivering on budget expectations and profitability. You will support and coach your team to take commercially-driven actions that influence trade and protect profitability by participating in weekly trade meetings and providing your team with clear action plans. **SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Extensive knowledge and experience working with omni-channel
- Demonstrated experience working in an Allocator, Merchandise Analyst or Planning role is ideal
- Experience with digital customer reporting i.e. Google, social, site analytics.
- Proven ability with trade analyses, with the ability to make informed decisions that will determine the success of a brand
- A high level of accuracy, attention to detail and organisation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to give direction and influence change across departments
- Proficient capabilities in Microsoft Excel
