Our client is a pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation located in the Southeastern suburbs of Melbourne. They are seeking a
**Manufacturing**
**Operator **to join their team on a casual ongoing basis with potential to go permanent.

This position is for the
**Night Shift (11pm - 7:30am)**

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, your responsibilities include:

- Washing of production equipment (i.e. Washbay operating)
- Dispensing raw materials and operating specialized machinery to manufacture pharmaceutical products
- Following SOPs and complying with the highest standards of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Completing the relevant documentation including manufacturing methods and batch records
- Cleaning and sanitizing equipment, containers and utensils
- Performing material handling duties as required
- Reporting any quality issues to the Team Leader or Supervisor
- Assisting with training of staff
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the manufacturing area

**Essential Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Manufacturing, Blending or Washbay Operator within the Pharmaceutical Industry (highly regarded)
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Outstanding work ethic and attitude
- Great communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team
