**Job Description** The role**
You will be the key contact, in form of an advisory and consultancy service to management and employees on all aspects of Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations and provide project support for various Human Resource and Organisational Development projects across the business.
This role is a full-time permanent position based at our National Support Office in Melbourne CBD, some regional and interstate travel may be required.
Tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Providing strategic advice and support to the Operations Management team for all employee related issues including but not limited to:
- Performance Management
- Industrial Relations
- Legislative Compliance
- Incident Investigations
- Employee Relations
- Assisting with Union support and communication
- Creation and coordination Employment Agreements & onboarding new starters,
- Oversee and manage annual performance appraisals,
- Recognising & assist with coordinating employee training needs,
- Reporting management,
- Ad hoc HR duties as they arise.
- Proven Human Resource Management experience,
- Cleaning industry experience is advantageous but not essential,
- Have a high proficiency in Windows Office,
- Have exceptional verbal and written interpersonal skills,
- Be highly organised to work on multiple projects,
**Requirements**:
- You must have full work rights within Australia,
- A current clear Police Check,
- A Victorian Driver’s License.
